Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Qure™ device and any included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
